DELIVERY
Delivered with Care
We deliver into central London overnight on our own refrigerated transport Tuesday up to and including Saturday. We deliver locally throughout Essex and Suffolk, Monday to Friday. Wherever possible we will deliver your seafood ourselves, but if you are out of area we use our trusted refrigerated transport service on a next day delivery.

What Makes Us Different
Fresh, Quality Seafood
When you buy from us, you are buying direct from the people who grow the oysters, they are growing a few hundred meters away from the Fishery, they are packed from the depuration tanks to order and delivered to you overnight. It’s the same for our lobsters, they are picked from our large holding tanks to order and delivered overnight.
We take that same ethos for freshness and quality into all the other seafood we supply, sourcing from other farms whenever possible to ensure the seafood you serve is the freshest possible.
