Lobsters
Our state-of-the-art lobster tanks enable us to hold about 4 tonnes of lobsters at any time. This capacity means we can hold a range of grades across both native and Canadian lobsters and even grade lobsters to your specific requirements.
Our Salsa approved cooking facilities mean we can humanely dispatch the lobster and cook it to your customers’ specification, in small and large quantities. By working together on long term contracts we can advise on the best way to deliver on quality, quantity and cost.

All our oysters are packed to order from our depuration tanks and delivered to you overnight, so they will be ready to sell less than 24 hours after they have been taken from the water, that’s fresh.
Our oyster depuration facility is one of the largest in the UK, we can depurate over 120,000 oysters each week. We have invested heavily in our oyster room, with state-of-the-art grading and depuration equipment to ensure that the oysters are the best they can be.
